During the past month, new information and activities have been added to the United States Mint H.I.P. Pocket Change™ Web site.  To help you learn "What’s New for You," we’ve listed and linked these features below.

Planning with Ease

Looking for lesson plans to enrich your curriculum?  Use our consolidated search feature!

As the school year and your curriculum planning progress, you can simultaneously search more than 400 lesson plans by grade, subject, coin type, and program.

Online Coin Course

Invite your students to learn more about coins and how to organize their collections by having them complete Inspector Collector's Coin Course.

The course is punctuated with activities and allows printing of a certificate on completion.

Writing Fun

Invite your students to participate in "Write to a Friend Month" by incorporating some of our many coin-based lesson plans that feature letter writing into your curriculum.

Here are two examples to get you started: “Letters from the Road” and “A Cowboy's Life,” both for grades 2 and 3.
